Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Food items (dry fruits, jaggery) are non-returnable unless damaged
• Perfumes and attars are non-returnable once opened
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
